Our Dexter Silverside is a premium cut a perfect roast juicy, tender and packed with flavour. Perfect served with Yorkshire Puddings and fresh vegetables and just as tasty served the next day on sandwiches for lunch. If you plan to serve this joint any way other than blushing pink, it's best to opt for the long slow approach and pot roast with plenty of liquid and aromatics.

We are also certified by the Pasture Fed Livestock Association ensuring our Dexter cattle are raised only on pasture, 100% of the year, WITHOUT any artificial fertilisers or pesticides. The grass diet produces flavourful fats that are also healthier and meat that is naturally high in valuable nutrients that include zinc and iron, phosphorous, potassium, and sodium. Our Dexter beef is also high in beta-carotene, vitamin E, catalase, glutathione, and superoxide dismutase, which are all good anti-oxidants.
