Shoulder of lamb on the bone is tender, rich and deeply satisfying delicious. A show-stopping joints that not only tastes amazing but looks sensational on the table too. Leaving the bone in adds extra flavour during roasting, as well as allowing the bone marrow to melt into your roasting tray and form the basis for an equally show stopping gravy. Our lamb is certified 100% pasture-raised by the Pasture Fed Livestock Association. We grow our lamb slowly, only ever feeding a diet of grass for the entirety of their lives, they take a little longer to finish but the maturity of our lamb creates a richer depth of flavour and marbling.
